With the date of February 14th hovering on the horizon, I’d like to wish each of you a Happy Valentine’s Day. The day is all about love and lovers – we all tend to think of those young people so much in love who have their entire lives ahead of them, seeking a bright future full of promise. But from my perspective of age I am reminded that love comes at all ages. In fact, my newest series does just that. The series is called Second Chance At Love and the first book (Coming Home To Love) should be available later this year. I also want to give recognition to those among us who have lost a spouse: your love goes beyond the void. I’ve witnessed this first hand with several family members and close friends.
But if you’re looking for some literary romance at an affordable price, pick up a copy of my short story Impatient Hearts. It’s available on Amazon as an e-book for only 99 cents. It is also part of Bridgewater Holidays – a companion book to The Bridgewater Chronicles series.
Synopsis: Fiona Delaney has been unofficially engaged to Jack Fitzpatrick for two years. Jack won’t make the engagement official until he’s earned enough money to buy Fiona an engagement ring. But how long should a young lady wait? Will this be the year Jack makes the engagement official?
Wishing all of you a beautiful Valentine’s Day!
